What is CDG?

CDG, or Compact Disc with Graphics, is a karaoke music format (or type). Other formats include, Digital Video Disc (DVD) and Video Compact Disc (VCD). 

CDG music, when played on a CDG player, will display the words to the song on your TV screen and change color when it is time to sing those lyrics. There are NO video scenes (movies) in the background.

Will CDG play on my CD player, DVD player or computer?

Yes, CDG music will play in any CD player, DVD player, or personal computer. However, the lyrics will not be displayed on your TV screen or computer monitor screen
