Trading Terms and Conditions  There's nothing here to catch anybody out just common sense we want to look after you - more often than not in the unlikely event of product malfunction we just replace with a new item.  We don't just want one purchase from you,  we want lots of repeat orders,  so our job is to keep you happy. 

East Midlands Karaoke extend all manufacturers guarantees to its own customers in addition East Midlands Karaoke also offers a comprehensive twelve month parts and labour guarantee on all products sold, other than microphone cables, speaker leads,  lamps  and any failure caused by misuse, short circuit or over running 

In the unlikely event of a product being faulty during it’s warranty then the customer is required to package the item(s) securely and use an outer packaging to protect the product, then enclose a copy of your original receipt/invoice along with a brief explanation of the fault and finally return the item(s) to us.  Once we receive the item(s) we will then get the manufacturer to either repair or replace the product as per their terms of the warranty.  The usual turn-around for repairs under warranty is between 1 and 2  days,  If the item was faulty as new then in most cases we simply replace it with a new one.

Any item found to be faulty from new from the box, which cannot have it’s problem solved by a simply change of fuse or a loose connection, etc. shall be replaced with another brand new item. In which case we will require immediate notification . A SIMPLE PHONE CALL PLEASE 0115 9753000 

The Long Distance Selling Regulations apply to mail order customers only, where you have up to 7 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund.  The items must be un-opened, un-used and in the original packaging.  The customer should then ensure the items are sufficiently packaged and also within an outer packaging for protection and return the goods back to us enclosing a copy of the original receipt with a note confirming that you are returning the goods within 7 days.  We will then issue a credit for the item(s) less a small surcharge to cover both our delivery, packaging and administration costs.  Should the items arrive back ‘not as new’ then a full refund will not be given.  This regulations do  not apply to lamps, leads, karaoke discs, consumables etc.  This regulation does not apply to customers buying from our warehouses.  All prices are subject to availability and also  prices are subject to change  due to circumstances beyond our control eg fluctuations in US Dollar rate etc. 

East Midlands Karaoke  will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or third party claims due to late delivery or failure of the product supplied. The customer shall be responsible for ensuring adequate backup facilities are available should a product fail at any time.

Your statutory rights are not affected in any way by the terms and conditions stated or implied.
